The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the order dated 12.08.2013 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in R.P. No. 20 of 2013 arising out of O.A. No. 1490 of 2011 and in the meantime, more than 9 years have lapsed and none is there to prosecute the matter. As such, learned Additional Standing Counsel contended that by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
