This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

As it appears, there is sufficiency of notice in both the applications. In spite of sufficiency of notice nobody is turning in the matter of substitution as well as limitation. 3.

Keeping in view that there is delay of 85 days, this Court directs, if the Petitioners deposit a cost of Rs.300/- (rupees three hundred) before the Orissa High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund within a period of seven days hence and file a receipt showing payment of such cost, the CMAPL No.217 of 2018 will be deemed to have been allowed and the CMAPL No.392 of 2017 will also be restored to its file.

With the aforesaid direction both the applications stand disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the

// 2 // order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
