This is an application for modification of the order dated 18.5.2022 passed by this Court in this ABLAPL.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the recitals in the I.A, and taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the offences mentioned in the paragraph-3 of the order dated 18.05.2022, be read as " under Section 452/294/323/506/109/34 IPC" instead of "under Section 506/323/307/294/452/34 of IPC". Rest part of the said order remains unaltered.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the description of such offences was inadvertently mentioned in the first paragraph of the present ABLAPL petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the description of such offences in Court.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
