This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.680 of 2022 arising out of Golanthara P.S. Case No.112 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 506/323/307/294/452/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and the petitioner admittedly having not been named in the FIR, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
