This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.335 of 2020 arising out of Khuntuni P.S. Case No.90 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/326/307/294/354/506/34 of the IPC.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the specific overt act is attributed to one Sima Beura, who is not a petitioner. Taking into account that charge sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile which was in the record, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail,

the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
