1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that his limited prayer at this stage is that the Petitioner's representation dated 18th February, 2013 should be considered by the Opposite Parties in light of the order passed by this Court on 19th September, 2011 in W.P.(C) No.2114 of 2010 (M/s. Nilgiri Engineering Co-op. Society Limited v. State of Orissa).

2. Without expressing any view on the merits of the above claim of the Petitioner, the Court directs the Opposite Parties to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 18th February, 2013 (Annexure-3 series) by passing a reasoned order after hearing the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today.
