1. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner on call.

2. The matter has never been listed since its filing in the year 2016. As appears from the petition, the Petitioner seeks to set aside the impugned order dated 01st February, 2016 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., G.Udayagiri in G.R.Case No.86 of 2015 corresponding to Tikabali P.S.Case No.25 dated 09th April, 2015 wherein the learned Court below has rejected the prayer of the Petitioner filed under Section 205 of the Cr.P.C.

3. Having regard to the age of the petition and in absence of any interim order, the matter must have been worked out by now.

4. In such eventuality, when the Petitioner does not pursue the matter, there is no point in keeping the CRLMC alive sine die.

5. Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
