As it appears, the petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order dated 05.06.2013 passed by the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 1569(C) of 2013 refusing to grant interim order.

Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel contended that the original application is still pending.

In view of such position, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in pending O.A., which has been renumbered after transfer to this Court as WPC(OAC) No.1569 of 2013.
