Government Advocate submits that in the background of prayer made in the writ petition the petitioner has to file an application in Form-I attached to Odisha Government Land Settlement Rules, 1983 for getting a piece of Government land.

In such background, Mr.Mandal, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition to approach the appropriate authority by filing an application in appropriate form.

Considering such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

5.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
