The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Opposite Party No. 3-Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Sundargarh Branch, Sundargarh to transmit the authorization of revised pension and family pension of the Petitioner to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Panposh Branch, Sundargarh-Opposite Party No.

enabling the Petitioner to receive the same at State Bank of India, Panposh Branch, Panposh.

4. As it seems from the communication dated 02.01.2018, as at Annexure-2, the Treasury Officer, Special Treasury, Panposh, Rourkela communicated to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Sundargarh Branch, Sundargarh, vide

// 2 // which the authorization of revised pension and family pension in favour of the present Petitioner, who was the holder of PPO No. 92654/AEI, was transmitted with certification that no payment has been made on the strength of the said authority till date. Accordingly, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
