Mr. A. K. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and prays for further adjournment to obtain instructions regarding whether the writ petition is to be prosecuted. 2.

Mr. B. P. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of the intervener and draws attention to order dated 31st October, 2022, text of which is reproduced below.

"1. Mr. A. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and prays for adjournment.

2. Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State while Mr. B. P. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of intervener. Both submit, that there is nothing left to be decided in the writ petition.

3. Petitioner is on notice.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

On query from Court Mr. A. K. Das submits, he had no information regarding appearance on behalf of petitioner as recorded in said order dated 31st October, 2022.

Sufficient opportunity was granted to petitioner to issue instructions for prosecuting the writ petition. Further prayer for adjournment on same ground for adjournment granted on 31st October, 2022 is sufficient for this Court to conclude that there is nothing left to be decided.

In view of above, no further order needs to be passed. 7.

The writ petition is disposed of.
