04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Choudhury S. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the StateOpp. Parties.
3. It is submitted by the learned State Counsel that the SLP preferred against the order dtd.05.10.2021 in W.P.(C) No. 19082 of 2017 has been dismissed in the meantime. Accordingly, Mr. Mishra, learned AGA submitted that if further one month time will be allowed, then the order passed by this Court on 25.03.2021 will be complied with.
4. In view of such undertaking given by learned AGA, this Contempt Petition is disposed of with a direction on the Opp. Parties/Contemnors to comply with the order as undertaken. If the order is not complied with within the aforesaid period as undertaken, serious view will be taken against the Opp. Parties.
5. The Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly.
