This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 626 of 2022, arising out of Patkura P.S. Case No. 136 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-341/294/323/354/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account that the informant in the case at hand is an accused in respect of Patkura P.S. Case No. 135 of 2022 inter alia under Section-376, I.P.C., this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the

petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
