Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grounds which have been raised in the present petition may be allowed to be taken before the court below at the time of framing of charge. 3.

In view of the above submission, the CRLMC stands dismissed as having not been pressed on merits. However, the petitioners in connection with the case are granted the liberty to raise all such grounds at the time of framing of charge before the court below.
