Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in the cause title of the bail application and that she may be permitted to correct the same.

Prayer is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title in Court today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2022 in connection with Dhenkanal Twon P.S. Case No.84 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. (Special) NDPS Case No.2 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Special Court, Dhenkanal for the alleged commission of offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act.

Considering the submissions, materials on record and the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
