Referring to the document at page 34 of the brief Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner claims that there is no reason in not accepting the ground rent involving the land involved herein. 2.
Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Sahoo, learned State Counsel.

Petitioner appears to be prima facie satisfying the case through the document at Annexure-4. This Court finds, there is no reason in not accepting the land revenue, in the event there is no dispute involving such land. In the process this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasidar, Bhubaneswar-O.P.2 to accept the ground rent for the unpaid period, but however without prejudice to the rights and contentions of any other party, if the same is offered within three weeks hence.
