Petitioner and Mr.R.K.Samal, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department.

Mr.Rath, learned senior counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press the Writ Petition but however with leave for the Petitioner to have her fullest opportunity in the enquiry proceeding. 3.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. This Court observes, the observations of the Lokayukta are prima facie observations and an independent view has to be taken ultimately by the Disciplinary Authority with fullest opportunity to the Petitioner.
