25.04.2022 Order No.
01.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned Additional Solicitor General of India along with Mr. B. Maharana, learned Central Government Counsel. 3.
This is the second journey of the petitioner to file this writ petition for self-same relief. As such, earlier the petitioner had approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No. 34953 of 2021, which was disposed of on 25.11.2021 to the following effect:- "7. In view of the above, we are of the view that the petitioner has tried to mislead the Court inviting at lease payment of exemplary cost. However, keeping in view, her young age and nascent professional career, we restrain ourselves from dealing with heavy hand. However, the petitioner and such like petitioners are directed to be careful in future before filing their pleadings."
4.
In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, if the petitioner is so advised, she may pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 5.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. Alok/Puspa (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (SAVITRI RATHO) JUDGE
