The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Aul-Opposite Party No.2 to take needful action for implementation of the order dated 19th March, 2010 passed by the Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Cuttack in R.P. Case No. 543 of 2008.

In course of hearing, Ms. Mallick, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
