Although A.D. on Opposite Party Nos.14(a), 15(a), 17(a) and 17(b) are not yet back, but racking report of Postal Department confirms delivery of service of notice on them. Hence, notices on the said Opposite Parties are treated to be sufficient. 3.

This CMAPL has been filed for restoration of CRP No. 17 of 2009, which was dismissed on 1st November, 2019. 4.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioners, the CMAPL is allowed. The CRP No. 17 of 2009 is restored to its original number.

The CMAPL is accordingly disposed of.
