Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order dated 2nd February, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.2774 of 2022 has been complied with. He, therefore, submits that he does not want to press this contempt petition. In support of his contention, he files a memo in Court, which is taken on record. 4.

In view of the above, the CONTC is dropped as not pressed.
