This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 4134 of 2020, arising out of Kharbelnagar P.S. Case No.217 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections- 341/294/323/307/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the recitals in the Case Diary as submitted by the learned Counsel for the State that the injuries has been categorized as simple, this Court directs that on surrendering

within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
