This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the R.T.O., Dhenkanal to waive out the tax and penalty imposed on the vehicle bearing registration No.OSD-2805.

Considering the facts and submission made, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the petitioner may approach the Recovery Officer for depositing the certificate dues within three weeks hence. If such approach is made, the Certificate Officer on deposit of the same drop the certificate proceeding. Till then, no attachment be made.
