This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.77 of 2022 arising out of Bhograi P.S. Case No.51 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Baleswar for commission of offence punishable under Sections 363/294/506/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account that the allegation is primarily based on documentary evidence, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
