This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 1981 of 2022, arising out of Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-498 (A)/323/294/354/354-B/506/34 of the I.P.C read with Section-4 D.P.Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present F.I.R is on account of the petition under Sections-13(1)(1a) & (iii) of the Hindu Marriage Act at the instance of the

petitioner registered as C.P. 129 of 2022. In which, the notice was issued by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar on 10.03. 2022.

Ex-facie it is seen that the present F.I.R. has been instituted on 23.02.2022.

Taking note of the submissions, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
