Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

A limited prayer is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be permitted to not press the CRLMC application with liberty to urge all the grounds before the learned court below at the time of framing of charge, which is allowed. 3.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate all the points before the court below in G.R. Case No.690 of 2014 arising out of Kuchinda P.S. Case No.238 of 2014 at the time of framing of charge and on being so urged, the same shall be considered by the court below as per and in accordance with law.
