2. This is a matter of the year 2015. The Petitioners seeks to quash the order of cognizance dated 21st January, 2015 passed by learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road in G.R. Case No.1057 of 2013. No interim stay has been granted in this case. Hence, the matter must have been preceded further. Even otherwise, the Petitioners have not pursued their case and no purpose would be served if at all the case gets adjourned.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
