1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Order No.

writ petition with liberty to file an appeal as provided in law. If such appeal is filed not later than 6th February, 2023 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay on account of the pendency of the present writ petition, it would be considered on its merits by the Appellate Authority. If the appeal is filed within the time stipulated along with application for interim reliefs, till such time the Appellate Authority passes an order thereon, the interim

order dated 19th June, 2017 of this Court will continue. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion in the matter.

2. Original Annexures be returned subject to being substituted by an attested photocopy thereof.

3. The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for in the above terms.

4. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (M. S. Raman) Judge Aks/Laxmikant
