This matter is taken up hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in Delanga P.S. Case No.282 of 2022 corresponding to T.R. Case No.18 of 2022 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section376(2)(n)(3) of the IPC read with section-6 of the POCSO Act , pending on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court under POCSO Act has filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to entertain this Application for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this Application stands
// 2 // disposed of with the observation that in the event, when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin of the case for consideration of the matter for grant of regular bail to the Petitioner, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced by this order and disposed of early in accordance with law.
