This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Aul P.S. Case No.105 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.185 of 2022 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Aul running for the alleged commission of offence under section-147/148/323/324/307/294/379/ 506/427/149 of the IPC, have filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 4.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record as also the medical papers placed before the Court; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
