This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of the authorities of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, Puri in considering Land Case No. 74 of 2009 and Land Case No. 1653 of 2000 and issuing R.O.R. in favour of the Petitioner.

Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that the aforesaid Land Cases are pending due to nonsupply of documents asked for pursuant to the notice dated 25th July, 2019 under Annexure-5 by the Petitioner. 4.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that documents/information pursuant to the notice under Annexure-5 have already been supplied in the meantime. As such, there is no legal impediment in considering the aforesaid Land Cases.

Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of this writ petition with a direction to the Chief Administrator, Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, Puri-Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of Land Case No. 74 of 2009 and Land Case No. 1653 of 2000 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
