It is alleged that there is an attempt for interfering with the occupation of the petitioner by opposite party nos.2 and 3 without following due process of law. This Court observes, in the event there is no eviction proceeding as of now involving the petitioner, there cannot be any eviction involving the petitioner without following due process of law.
