This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 06.05.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in Paragraph2 of the order dated 06.05.2022, the name of the court has been wrongly mentioned as 'Tribunal' instead of 'High Court'. Similarly, in Paragraphs-2 and 3, the case number has been mentioned as 'W.P.(C) No.26097 of 2021' instead of 'W.P.(C) No.36097 of 2021'. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to correct the same.

Considering the submissions made, the prayer for modification of the order dated 06.05.2022 is allowed. 5.

The order stands modified to the above extent only. 6.
