This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This the second journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. who has been implicated in connection with Patnagarh P.S. Case No.265 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1018 of 2020 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh for alleged commission of offence under section-417/493/506 of the IPC, for reconsideration of the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 4.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed and other surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to entertain this application for reconsideration of the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, the
// 2 // application stands disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned Court in seisin of the case within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective and disposed of early in accordance with law so as to enable the Petitioner to move the next higher forum early in case necessity so arises. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
