Heard Mr.Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner has prayed for quashing of the subsequent F.I.R. lodged for the self-same occurrence. It is submitted that after registration of Banapur P.S. Case No.113 dated 12.3.2022, another F.I.R. in Banapur P.S.Case No.116 dated 13.3.2022 was again registered for the same occurrence. 3.

Mr.

Mohanty, learned A.S.C., submits upon instructions that registration of subsequent F.I.R. in Banapur P.S. Case No.116 dated 13.3.2022 for the self-same occurrence has been taken note of in course of investigation and as per the supervision note the same will be taken care of at the time of submission of the F.F. for closure that the subsequent case requiring no further investigation.

A copy of the written instructions sent to the office of the Advocate General and submitted by Mr. Mohanty is kept on record.

In view of aforesaid submission of the learned State counsel, the CRLMC is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
