Samantaray, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties states that the present contempt has become infructuous as the order dated 12.04.2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.19536 of 2013, for the alleged violation of which the present contempt has been filed, was itself set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal Nos.6534-6535 of 2021 decided on 29th October, 2021 reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 1052 (State of Orissa and Others Vs. Pramelata Mohapatra).

In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
