During course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Order No.
petitioner requests this Court, looking to the oldness of the suit, for at least a direction for targeting the suit. Considering this request and as this Court finds the suit is of the year 2017 and pleadings since complete, the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhadrak is directed to conclude the proceeding at least within a period of six months from the date of communication of certified copy of this ruder. Petitionerplaintiff is prevented from taking any adjournment. 2.
The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
