Perused the record. It appears that the petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the amendment to Rule-3 of the Rules, 1967 under Annexure-2 series and he further seeks to uphold the earlier amendment as quoted in paragraph-5 of the writ petition. 5.
Since the tender period has already expired, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
