Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties states that the order dated 25.06.2010 has been duly complied with as an order dated 09.03.2021 stands passed by the office of the Tahasildar, Hindol, whereby the eligible petitioners have been allotted agricultural lands and the entries have been made in the Record of Rights. He thus submits that the present contempt has become infructuous.
