The Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the R.T.O., Cuttack, Opposite Party No.2, not to cancel the registration of the truck bearing registration number OD-05-S-5688 standing in his name and direct the Opposite Party No.3-Finance Company to settle the outstanding dues against him.

3. Heard.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition giving liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation ventilating his grievance before the R.T.O., Cuttack. If such a representation is filed, the R.T.O., Cuttack concerned shall take an informed and considered decision on the representation of the Petitioner under Section 51(5) of the M.V Act not later than one month from the date of receipt of a

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
