2. The petitioner-loanee has challenged the auction sale of his residential house offered as a co-lateral security for raising a loan from Bank of Baroda, Paradeep Branch, Madhuban, District-Jagatsinghpur.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition in view of the account having been closed on account of amicable settlement arrived at between the parties.
