IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
W.P.(C) No. 13552 OF 2010 Durga Prasad Sethy .........
Petitioner Mr. B. S. Tripathy, Adv.
-versusHindustan Aeronautics Limited & Ors.
............
Opposite Parties Mr. A.R. Dash, Adv.
CORAM:
JUSTICE V. NARASINGH
ORDER
08.03.2022 Order No.
07.
1.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.R. Dash, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties1 to 3.. 3.
Being aggrieved by the order dtd. 22.03.2010 passed by the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, terminating the petitioner during the extended period of probation, the present writ petition was preferred.
4.
During the course of hearing, it has come to the fore that assailing such termination, petitioner has preferred the representation dtd. 27.03.2010 to the General Manager, Engine Division Koraput. Without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of calling upon the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner sympathetically taking into account that at the relevant time he was a trainee on extended period of probation.
5.
With such observation the writ petition stands disposed of.
6.
Since the representation is of the year 2010, the Opposite Party No.2 would do well to dispose of the representation within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of the order of this Court.
7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
