2. This writ application has been filed in the year 2010 with prayer for quashing Annexure-1, which is the office order dated 07.02.2009 issued by the Director, Secondary Education, Orissa vide which the provisional common cadre of Trained Graduate Teachers have been approved.

3. The petitioner was aged 48 years in 2010 when the case was filed and he had been granted interim order till the next date. The case has not been listed thereafter and 12 years have elapsed in the meanwhile and the petitioner must have superannuated from service in the meanwhile. Hence the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. The writ application is accordingly disposed of, as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application, if any fresh cause of action arises.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
