Perused the records. The petitioner has filed the writ application seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to consider his case for another work-order of NAC, Kotpad or in alternative to consider his representation under Annexure5. 4.

Since the tender is of the year 2013-14 and the said period has already expired in the meantime, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. Accordingly the same is disposed of.
