This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is application for modification of order dated 19.05.2021 passed in ABLAPL No.4190 of 2020.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 19.05.2021 stands modified to the extent that in the 7th line of paragraph-4 of the order, the "C.T Case No.62 of 2022 be substituted by "C.T. Case No.63 of 2022".

Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
