Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

At the start of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioners argued for allowing the substitution petition in respect of Petitioner No.2. Substitution since involving the Petitioners is allowed. 3.

It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioners stated that there has been settlement outside court between the parties. This Court observes, there is no restriction in settling the matter outside court.

Keeping this in view, this Court finds, there is no point in getting the Writ Petition pending any further, which is disposed of accordingly.
