This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the second journey of the petitioner, who having been implicated in connection with C.T. Case No.300 of 2021 corresponding to Junagarh P.S. Case No.306 of 2021 pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Junagarh for offence punishable under sections 420/467/468/471, I.P.C. in filing the petition under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of her arrest.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and further keeping in view the changing circumstances as have been pointed out including the fact that the Petitioner has been suspended from service; while being inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application stands disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with the aforesaid case within three weeks hence and moves for her release

// 2 // on bail, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
