This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with T.R. Case No. 82 of 2022 ( G.R. No. 146 of 2022) arising out of Jatni P.S. Case No. 85 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,(POCSO), Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections343/363/366/376(2)(n)(3)/120(B) of the I.P.C. read with Section-6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar by Order dtd. 30.03.2022 in T.R. No. 82 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the tenor of 164 Cr.P.C. statement on record, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, so as to ensure his appearance on each date of trial. 6.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
