The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Chandipur P.S. Case No.20 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.142of 2022 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section-272/273/34 of the IPC read with Section-52(a) of the Orissa Excise Act, pending on the file of learned SDJM, Balasore, has filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the above mentioned case. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
