This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to set aside the energy bill as per Annexure-1.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo dated 3rd August, 2022 prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties vehemently objected to the same and submits that this writ petition is not maintainable as the Petitioner has suppressed the material facts.

Considering the submission that the Petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition, this Court allows the prayer. 6.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
